Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar told reporters about the Joint Center to be established in Karabakh.According to Gadin.Net, Aksam Gazeta reports that he said that the Joint Center will be established in Agdam."Aghdam has been designated as the territory of the Common Center in Nagorno-Karabakh.
