Ingredients:
- 10 small thin lavash
- 300 grams of minced meat
- 5 tablespoons rice
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon barberry
- salt,
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation:
Fry the minced meat a little, add finely chopped onion, mix and cook until ready.We cook rice in salted water, add minced meat and mix.
Add barberry and mix.We take the minced meat and put it on the edge of the lavash, bend the lavash in any shape (long, square). We put a beaten egg on the edges of the lavash with a brush so that it does not open.We fry pies in vegetable oil.
