Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov had a telephone conversation.

Hulusi Akar strongly condemned the treacherous attack of the occupying Armenian army on civilian settlements in two large cities of Azerbaijan at night.
"Armenia continues to commit war crimes, and those who call for a ceasefire and discussion are watching from afar," he said.
Hulusi also congratulated Akar Fuzuli on his release from occupation and the shooting down of an Armenian Su-25 military plane attacking Azerbaijani civilian settlements.
