"Hamburger" at home (photo-recipe)

Foods needed
4.50 cups flour
1 packet of yeast (10g)
salt
1 cup sugar
1.50 glasses of water
½ glass of sunflower oil
For the inside
350 g of minced meat
½ bunch parsley
1 filtered onion
1 eggsalt
3 slices of stale bread
To decorate
100 g of chopped cucumber acidlettuce leavesPreparation:Mix yeast, flour and other ingredients and knead until you get a soft dough.Then cover and leave for 40 minutes.Divide the dough into six loaves and bake in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for 10 minutes.Mix the ingredients and cook and divide into six parts.
Then cut the cooled hamburger loaves in half and arrange the meatballs, lettuce leaves and pickles.Close the loaves by squeezing the mayonnaise and ketchup. Serve hot.
