"The decision of the French Senate was a clear indication of why the Karabakh problem has not been resolved for 30 years."The statement came from Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar commenting on the French Senate's decision to recognize the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic."France, as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, must be impartial.
"This decision has once again demonstrated that this is not the case, that France is part of the problem, not the solution to Karabakh," he said.
