Concessions and assistance should be assessed in several ways.
The statement came from Education Minister Emin Amrullayev, Gadin.Net reports.
He said that sometimes high-achieving, excellent pupils and students are asked to apply discounts:
"This assessment should be fair," he said. Because a student with a high score studies on a free basis. But there are students who study well or are excellent, and if we look at their social status, they do not need these benefits.
According to his social status, benefits and assistance are provided by the state.
