İngredients:
1 apple
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of glucose
1 lemon juice
1 cup of water
half a teaspoon of food coloring
Directions:
Put sugar, glucose and water into a bowl and melt over low heat, stirring.
When it starts to boil, add the lemon juice and food coloring to raise the fire.
