İngredients:
1 medium boiled potato
1 teaspoon of butter
1 slice of salami
1-2 thin slices of cheddar cheese
salt
black pepper
1 thin spring onion
very little parsley and dill upon request
Directions:
Place the boiled potato flat on the tray or in the ovenware. Open the upper part like a cover with the help of a knife. With a teaspoon or melon spoon, remove the inside of the potato, being careful not to get it.
Lightly salt the inside of the potatoes, add the butter first, then the finely chopped salami.
Add half of the finely chopped cheese again.
Break 1 egg into the potato, sprinkle the remaining cheese on the egg.
Sprinkle the finely chopped greens and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the egg white reaches the desired consistency.
Serve hot.
