İngredients:
2 large eggs
Half of 1 avocado
50 g of feta cheese
red bell pepper upon request
butter
salt
black pepper
optional red pepper
Directions:
Divide the avocado into two parts, remove the seeds inside. Take the inside out and slice it with a spoon.
Chop the cheese into cubes. If you are going to use red bell pepper, chop it finely.
Grease the pan with butter and heat. While the pan is heating up, add a little salt and pepper to the eggs and beat them.
Take the beaten eggs into the pan and when the bottom is slightly separated, shake the pan until it is completely removed from the pan.
Sprinkle all the sliced ingredients on the half of the omelet.
Fold the omelet with a spatula and place it on a serving plate. Serve by sprinkling red pepper on demand.
