The Sun, the only star in the solar system where our planet is located, enters a new cycle.
This was reported by the 25th Solar Cycle 25 Prediction Panel, composed of international experts, Qadin.Net reports citing publika.az.
It was noted that the new era, in fact, began in December last year. According to the Independent, because the Sun is so changeable, it took the world of science 10 years to determine when new cycles began. According to experts, the 25th period is the weakest in the last 100 years and will be similar to the situation in the last 11 years.
The next phase of the Solar Maximum (the phase when the Sun reaches its highest activity) may take place in 2025.
Note that the annual cycles of the Sun increase and decrease every eleven years.
