It is planned to launch a mobile application for debtors at the Main Executive Office of the Ministry of Justice.
This was stated by Deputy Chief of the Executive Office of the Ministry of Justice Farid Efendiyev.
The deputy head noted that the mobile application will contain all the information about the debtor:
"Citizens will be immediately informed about the application of any restrictions through the mobile application. There is a special kiosk at the Heydar Aliyev Airport to remove the restriction on the debtor's departure from the country. It is better for a citizen to voluntarily pay his debt on time. However, if there is a delay and his departure is restricted, the debtor can pay the debt before arriving at the airport. For this, certain procedures are carried out. According to the instructions, if there is an instruction to remove the restriction, the executive officer makes a decision. The restriction is lifted within 24 hours. However, the limit is automatically lifted due to the debt paid at the airport kiosk.
