The decision to restore access to the regions will be made by the operational headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers.
The statement came from Chief of the Public Relations Department of the State Traffic Police Kamran Aliyev.
K.Aliyev also touched upon the issue of permission to travel from the regions to the capital in connection with the resumption of education and training from September 15:
"Online education is provided in higher education institutions. I think that full-time education for primary school has nothing to do with the restoration of access to the regions. Because they are in the apartments where they live and are registered. Therefore, it will not be a problem for them to go to school.
If someone went to the districts before the special quarantine regime was applied, they will probably be informed about any additional measures related to the return of their children to educational institutions. We are the executive body. At present, it is not right to make a forecast in this direction, to express an opinion on behalf of the operational headquarters. When the operational headquarters makes a final decision in this direction, we, as the executive body, will take measures arising from that decision.
