It is possible to reduce coronavirus infection by 97% in a 5-step plan.
The statement came from Mehmet Ceyhan, Head of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine.
According to him, if this project is implemented, the projected result can be achieved within a week.
The project consists of the following stages:
1. Hourly stratification: Workplaces should set different working hours for employees. This will prevent victory in public transport.
2. Mass gatherings should be restricted: gatherings of friends and relatives should not exceed 10 people. Mourning homes should have a maximum of 15 people at a time. Of course, by applying the rules of masks and social distance. For ceremonies such as weddings and engagements, the number of people per cubic meter must be determined, depending on whether the space is open or closed.
3. People need to be registered at the destinations: one of the biggest problems is that people spread the virus to the cities they go to. Therefore, everyone must sign an agreement that they will follow the rules of social distance, masks and hygiene, depending on where they go. Violators should be severely punished.
4. Thousands of tests should be applied daily: test policy should be changed. Individuals with no symptoms should also be included in the daily test. "Is this person sick?" Along with the test, "Is this person infected with a virus?" The test should also be done. For example, health workers, drivers, registrars, the service sector, the crew on the plane must be tested. Because these people are more likely to be infected.
5. Special space and time should be set aside for people over the age of 65: there are thousands of people who do not leave their homes out of fear. They should be able to go outside. Thus, immunity can be further strengthened.
