The statement came from Defense Ministry spokesman Vagif Dargahli at a press conference on provocations committed by Armenia in Tovuz, Gadin.Net reported.
He noted that on July 12, the command was instructed to prevent enemy provocations.
"Hundreds of Armenian troops, equipment and bases were destroyed. "Armenia has hidden its military losses from the public," Dargahli said, adding that Armenia will regularly reveal its losses under various names.
