Ingredients:
3 potatoes
400 g of chicken meat
150 q walnuts
100 g of hard cheese
3 eggs
4 marinated cucumbers
1 onion green onions - optional
mayonnaise - optional
black pepper - optional
salt - optional
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes, cook in water, cool, peel and pass through a fine grater. Boil and cool the eggs, peel them and pass them through a large grater. Wash and boil the chicken, cool and chop. Pass the cheese through the large mesh of the grater. Wash marinated cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
Peel an onion, grate it and chop finely. Arrange the food in layers in an oval-shaped cloud. Salt and pepper each layer as desired, add mayonnaise:
1st layer: baked potatoes
2nd layer: onion
3rd layer: chicken
4th layer: marinated cucumbers
5th layer: chicken
6th layer: cheese
7th layer: eggs
Divide walnut kernels in half, put a lot of mayonnaise on the salad and decorate with walnuts. Place a few onions on top of the salad (like pineapple leaves). Bon Appetit!
