- One of the most common methods of whitening the skin is the use of cucumber. Peel a squash, grate it and put it on the skin with a damp towel. Remove the mask after 30 minutes. This procedure should be repeated frequently. Cucumbers can also be used in this way: apply freshly squeezed cucumber juice to the areas of the skin with freckles and spots with a cotton swab. This can be done 2-3 times a day.
- Berries (strawberries, cherries, currants) give a good whitening effect. Squeeze their juice. Beat the egg whites until foamy and add the berry juice. As it deteriorates quickly, the mask should be used as soon as possible after preparation.
It is very difficult to fight pigment spots and freckles. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to try to prevent their formation as much as possible. If your skin is prone to such spots, use the following tips:
1. Fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C (oranges, lemons, mandarins, apples, currants, cabbage, hips, etc.) and vitamin PP (eggplant, potatoes, beans, apricots, cherries, peaches) should be included in your diet more often. please. These vitamins reduce the skin's sensitivity to ultraviolet rays.
2. Take vitamins C and B12 after consulting your doctor.
3. Use a quality sunscreen at any time of the year, when you go out in the sun. You can also apply a light powder to the skin for this purpose. In this way, you will protect it from the sun's rays by creating a protective layer on the skin for a certain period of time.
4. Wear a sun hat (hat, panama, baseball cap, etc.) and goggles when going out in sunny weather.
5. Perform chemical peels and other cosmetic procedures only in autumn and winter.
6. Do not use retinol creams in summer and spring. These creams increase the skin's photosensitivity.
