At the same time, Vrtanesyan called on callers to stay 2-3 km away from military units, to make 1-2 phone calls in the military unit and no more than once in 2-3 days. Otherwise, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces will continue to easily locate the Armenian army. He noted that when it comes to discussing the situation on the phone, it should be explicitly prohibited, because all calls are listened to by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
