We share with you our very tasty and easy soft pizza recipe that you can prepare at home. So, our recipe is as follows:
For the dough:
5 st flour (you can increase according to the dough)
1st warm water
1 st warm milk
half a tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
When preparing the dough, mix all the above products and knead the dough. After kneading the dough, cover and set aside for half an hour to recover.
For the top:
Sauce (tomato paste, a little vegetable oil, thyme to taste)
Cheese (can also be Dutch cheese or mozzarella cheese)
meat or sausage products
pepper
tomato
olives
mushrooms
These areas are conditional. Pizza is a type of food on which we can put the products we want and love.
Preparation:
Sprinkle flour on the table and divide the dough into 3 equal parts. We take one of the dough and spread it. We put the dough in an oven dish lined with greaseproof paper or greased bottom and put the products on it. First, we draw the sauce on it. Then we put the grated cheese (we keep some of the cheese so that after the products on the pizza are cooked, we sprinkle the cheese we kept 5 minutes before removing it). In this way, all the products are stacked and baked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Don't forget to sprinkle the cheese we set aside 5 minutes before the pizza is cooked.
