Three of our compatriots won seats in the parliamentary elections in Georgia.Zaur Dargali was elected from the ruling Georgian Dream party by a majority.
He was the deputy governor of Kvemo Kartli region in 2017-2019. In the elections held on May 19, 2019, with 78.6 percent of the vote, Marneuli was elected chief executive.Savalan Mirzayev was elected from the same party in a proportional manner (by party list). He was a Georgian statesman and socio-political figure, an adviser to the Georgian Prime Minister on national issues in 2013, and an adviser to the Georgian Minister for Reintegration in 2009-2013.Abdulla Ismayilov was elected from the United National Movement party.
