Both political and military support, as well as moral support, come from countries that must adhere to neutrality. Therefore, we categorically reject these insurances, there is no need for it.
Our regular army has 100,000 fighters. If necessary, we will announce a general mobilization. By the way, unlike Armenia, we did not announce it. Therefore, all this is a lie and slander, "Aliyev said.
