Restrictions on the activities of large shopping centers and malls are in force, except for grocery stores and pharmacies in 13 cities and districts where the strict quarantine regime is applied.
The statement came from the operative headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers:
Operation of large shopping centers and malls, except for nearby grocery stores and pharmacies;
On-site services to customers in public catering facilities;
Activities of museums and exhibition halls;
Activities of the teaching and learning process in all educational institutions (except for the reception of citizens' appeals related to examinations, competitions, interviews and the issuance of various certificates and documents);
Suspension of all public events, including outdoor sports competitions and games, including cultural and sporting events
