Brazilian Rodrigo Alves, who became famous in Britain, has spent £ 500,000 on plastic surgery to look like Kena dolls.

"I worked hard to be a man. I was depressed, I didn't get out of bed for days. I saw that I wasn't happy. I hated the world. I thought I would die if I didn't change," Alves said.
Rodrigue said he now has money, a career, and his only dream is to have a child:
"Three years later, I dream of owning a beautiful house in Spain. There must be a beautiful garden. I want to be a gardener and raise my child. I want someone who will accept and love me as I am."
Alves said he has had 70 plastic surgeries in 16 years. He insured his body for 1 million pounds. She spends £ 4,000 a month on his care.
