Ingredients:
225 g butter,
1/2 powdered sugar,
2 egg yolks,
2 tablespoons cream,
2 cups water,
flour,
1/2 cup water cocoa,
1 packet of vanillin,
A little salt,
For the top:
1 cup powdered sugar,
120 q bitter chocolate,
1 tablespoon unsalted butter,
3 tablespoons honey,
3 tablespoons cream,
Preparation:
First, in a deep bowl for the dough, add the butter and powdered sugar and beat with a mixer until slightly fluffy.
Add egg yolks and mix.
Add the cream and continue to mix gently. Add flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Stir until thickened.
Separate a few small pieces of walnuts from the dough and roll them in the palm of your hand.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and place on a greased baking tray.
Make small holes in the middle with your thumb. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees. Remove from the oven and refrigerate.
To fill the cavities, melt the chocolate with butter in the "benmari method". After closing the bottom of the oven, add honey and cream and mix.
Fill the mixture into a squeeze bag. Squeeze the cooled cookies in the middle and serve.
