The best time to give birth is up to 35 years old.
This was stated by gynecologist Juliana Abayeva. He added that over the years, the female body is more prepared for such loads than in later life.
"There is a reproductive age: early reproductive age - up to 35 years, late reproductive age - 35 years and before menstruation. The optimal age for childbirth is the early reproductive age - up to 35 years. Until this age, a woman's ovarian reserve is normal and genetic problems are less common.
As for the late reproductive age, according to the gynecologist, it can be dangerous for both the baby and the woman herself. After the age of 40, pregnancy and childbirth can occur with complications, and the chances of a baby being born with chromosomal abnormalities increase. The expert believes that the optimal two-year break for re-childbirth is during which the woman's body fully recovers.
The head of the Russian Women's Union, former senator Ekaterina Lakhova, said that women who give birth after the age of 30 are getting older. According to him, children need to be instilled with family love from an early age.
