"In general, although the number of cases of coronavirus raids in the capital has decreased, there are still people who do not follow the rules." The statement came from Baku Main Police Office spokesman Elshad Hajiyev. E.Hajiyev did not use protective masks in public places and appealed to those who neglected the health of himself and the people around him:
"We must follow the sanitary-epidemiological rules not for protection against fines, but for our health. Persons who do not comply with the rules are punished in accordance with the law and the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO). We advise citizens to use medical masks not to avoid fines, but to protect their health
