The Ministry of Education has issued a statement on attendance.
According to the press service of the Ministry, the provocations of the occupying Armenian armed forces against Azerbaijan continue:
"The enemy, helpless in the face of our army, is targeting civilians, including children, women and the elderly.
We have suffered casualties among the civilian population, and many houses and civilian facilities, including educational institutions in the frontline, have been severely damaged. This has also affected the teaching process in educational institutions located in those areas.
Weekly school schedules have been changed in 468 schools in the frontline due to military operations.
Attendance at face-to-face classes in Baku was 85-90 percent yesterday. Full-time education continues in general education institutions in the regions. As for distance learning, please be aware of possible interruptions due to restrictions on internet access across the country.
In the current situation, our students are advised to watch TV lessons broadcast on "Culture" and "Arb Gunesh" TV channels and covering all subjects.
