Also, according to the amendment, orphans and children deprived of parental care, as well as persons among them, when graduating from vocational education institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution In accordance with the decision No. 15 of January 17, 1994 "On the norm of providing children and adolescents brought up in boarding schools for children deprived of care with clothes, shoes and soft inventory", seasonal clothes and shoes in the amount of 27.5 manat at the expense of the relevant educational institution , as well as will be provided with one-time cash not less than 2 times the average monthly salary in the country.
