We first entered the shops operating in the underground passages. Just as we did not encounter an employee checking our temperature at the door, we did not miss the fact that the vast majority of customers and vendors walked around the room without masks. Adults' love of clothing can take a few months to fade into the background. However, the wardrobe of newborns and children growing up every second must be updated. Many of the children's clothing and toy stores we visited had double standards of hygiene.
Although stores selling well-known brands complain of a long stagnation, the flow of customers remains the same. Although sales were made online during the tightened quarantine period, this sector, like other sectors, has suffered significantly. Store managers said they had high hopes for easing quarantine conditions, after which they expected sellers' livelihoods to stabilize.
