Prime Minister Ali Asadov has decided to take additional measures to tighten the special quarantine regime.
QadTeleqraf.com reports that the decision reads:
1. “On additional measures to tighten the special quarantine regime in the territory of Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir cities and Absheron, Barda, Siyazan, Sheki, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol regions” To make the following changes in the Decision No. 208 dated June 19, 2006:
1.1. in the title and in item 6.1 the words “Siyazan, Sheki” shall be replaced with the word “Salyan”;
1.2. In Part 1, the words “Siyazan, Sheki” shall be replaced by the words “Salyan” and the words “August 5” shall be replaced by the words “August 31”;
1.3. Item 1.2 to state in the following edition: “1.2. Access to the territory of Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad, Mingachevir cities and Absheron, Barda, Salyan, Khachmaz, Goranboy, Goygol districts is carried out as follows:
2 1.2.1. on the basis of service cards of the following persons:
1. Employees of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Special Medical Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
2. Deputies of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and employees of the Office of the Milli Majlis in case of business trip cards;
3. Heads of central and local executive authorities and their deputies in case of business trip cards;
4. Heads of state-owned legal entities, including public legal entities established on behalf of the state, and their deputies in the presence of business cards; 5. Employees of law enforcement, judicial and military service bodies, lawyers in case of business trip cards;
6. Employees of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the Republic of Azerbaijan and their local staff (on the basis of accreditation cards issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan);
1.2.2. Information on the following persons on the basis of business trip sheets entered into the “permission.e-gov.az” portal using an electronic signature strengthened by the employer:
1. Employees of other state bodies (institutions), except for those specified in sub-item 1.2.1 of this Decision; 2. Volunteers of “ASAN Volunteers” Public Union, “Agrarian Development Volunteers” Movement, “Regional Development” Public Union, “Bir” student-volunteers, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
3. Employees of private legal entities operating in the areas provided for in the Annex to this Decision and individuals and their employees engaged in entrepreneurial activities without establishing a legal entity;
4. employees required to ensure the protection and technical safety of private legal entities that are not allowed to continue their activities;
1.2.3. 3 information on employees of legal entities operating in the field of collection of agricultural products, as well as irrigation, urgent veterinary and plant protection services (including business trip information) by the employer, and information on individuals operating in these areas by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic or "by entering the" permission.e-gov.az "portal with the use of an electronic signature strengthened by the territorial representations of local executive authorities at the place of location.";
1.4. Items 1.3-1.12 to be canceled;
1.5. Annex to this Decision - at the end of item 6.7 of “Permitted Areas of Activity” the full stop shall be replaced by a semicolon and item 6.8 shall be added with the following content: “6.8. activity of beaches (except for on-site service in swimming pools, water attractions, sports venues and public catering facilities in their territory). ”.
2. At the end of item 1.6 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijani Republic from May 1, 2020 of No. 160 "About regulation of the sanitary situation in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic during the special quarantine regime" to replace the full stop with a semicolon and to add item 1.7 with the following content edilsin: “1.7. activity of beaches. ”.
3. To make the following changes in Part 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 3, 2020 No. 236 "On additional measures to tighten the special quarantine regime":
3.1. in the text the words “Siyazan, Sheki” shall be replaced with the word “Salyan”;
3.2. Item 2.1 to state in the following edition;
“2.1. From 00:00 on August 8, 2020 to 06:00 on August 10, 2020, from 00:00 on August 15, 2020 to 06:00 on August 17, 2020, From 22:00 on August 22, 2020 to 06:00 on August 24, 2020, from 00:00 on August 29, 2020 to 06:00 on August 31, 2020 in public traffic is stopped; ”;
3.3. In item 2.2 the words “August 5” shall be replaced with the words “August 31”.
4. To the chief state sanitary doctor of the Azerbaijan Republic to approve "Requirements on the organization of activity on beaches during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic" according to requirements of Article 3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About sanitary-and-epidemiologic safety".
5. To determine that the activity of beaches is organized in accordance with the Requirements approved by part 4 of this Decision and "Guidelines for the prevention of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in beaches and water recreation centers."
6. This Decision shall enter into force on August 5, 2020 at 06:00
