Ingredients:

Preparation:
First, peel the apples. Then cut each apple into thin slices.Lubricate the bottom and edges of the form. First, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Then shape the apple slices.In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar with a mixer until the mass is light yellow.
The more you play, the better your cake will swell. Add vanilla and flour and mix a little.Pour the mixture over the apples.
Do not mix!Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake the pie for 1 hour until golden brown.Once the pie has cooled a bit in its shape, remove it from the mold. The pie can be eaten hot or cold.
