2 eggplants
1 egg
1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
1.5 tea glasses of flour
8--10 stalks of parsley

Directions:
Roast the eggplants on the stove or in the oven grill and let them cool.
Peel the cooled eggplants and cut them into pieces with a knife. Finely chop the parsley.
