Ingredients:
- 10 waffle cakes
- 1 jar "squshonka"
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Glaze:
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation:
Beat with a mixer until soft butter turns white, add "squashonka", vanilla, cocoa in small portions, beat well.Apply a thin layer of cream to the crusts.Prepare the glaze: mix the ingredients, stir in a water bath and cook until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Apply cream and icing on the last basket and sides.Decorate the cake with crushed walnuts.The cake can be eaten immediately after preparation.
