A man came to Ali (as) and said: "I have come seven hundred miles to ask you seven questions." Imam Ali (as) said: "Ask here." The man asked:
1. What is greater than the sky? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Slander innocents."
2. What is greater than the earth? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "The truth is wider than the earth."
3. What is hotter than fire? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Greed is hotter than fire."
4. What is colder than ice? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "Asking for something from a jealous person is colder than ice."
5. What is deeper than the sea? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "A contented person is deeper than the sea."
6. What is stronger than stone? The Prophet (pbuh) said: "The heart of a disbeliever is stronger than a stone."
