Autumn is a season when romantic feelings are awakened and memories are remembered. This time of year is a time of depression, loneliness and exhaustion for some. The arrival of autumn in some cases leads to a deterioration of mood, lethargy and decreased ability to work. Sometimes, as a result of these feelings, autumn depression occurs. According to doctors and experts, vitamin deficiency and a sedentary lifestyle are one of the main causes of this psychological condition. According to statistics, one in five people in the world suffers from autumn depression. Seasonal mood swings are more common in people who are stressed, dissatisfied with life, and have poor physical and mental health.

According to him, this change, called the autumn depression, is observed in 4-5 percent of the population. Decreased sunlight is one of the main causes of depression.



The psychologist added: "There are people who have difficulty adapting to the change of seasons. In the fall, some people experience sensitivity and even depression. This is observed in those who are physically inactive, work in a sedentary environment, spend more intellectual labor. sadness, lack of interest in anything, insomnia or drowsiness, impaired concentration or attention, mood swings, irritability, agitation, irritability, decreased sexual ability, increased or absent appetite, and suicidal thoughts are considered signs of autumn depression. The longer they lie down and the shorter the days, the more prone they are to sleep. Waking up early and starting work early makes them anxious, reluctant to pursue anything, and they get cold from everything.


In addition, climate change contributes to depression. As the weather cools, certain diseases occur. It can also lead to age-related depression. "
According to the psychologist, in order to combat autumn depression, first of all, it is necessary to regulate the day and sleep at least 8 hours at night. Reducing the amount of dark tea and coffee and drinking tonic herbal teas, such as hips or eleutherococcus infusion, instead of eating dark chocolate has a positive effect on food. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be included in the diet.

In addition, increasing physical activity, exercise and being in the fresh air is one of the best ways to get rid of autumn depression. One or two physical exercises in the morning will both improve your mood and boost your self-confidence. Preferring to walk also helps to get out of the situation very well.
