7 rules we need to know about psychology

1. The rule of mirrors

The people around me are my mirror. They reflect my personal identity, which I do not feel. For example, if someone is bleeding against me, then I want it and I have allowed it. If someone repeatedly deceives me, it means that I have a tendency to believe anyone. Therefore, it is inappropriate for me to be angry with anyone.

2. Selection procedure
I realize that everything that happens in my life is the result of my personal choice. If I'm talking to a boring person today, does that mean I'm a boring person too? There is no such thing as a bad person - there is an unhappy person. If I dig into their problems, then I like it. Therefore, it is not necessary to sue anyone. I am responsible for what happened to me. We are the author and creator of our destiny.

3. Error rule
I admit that I can be wrong. Outsiders do not have to accept my opinions and actions. The real world has not only black and white, but also light gray and dark white sides. I'm not ideal. I'm just a good person and I have the right to make mistakes. The main thing is to accept it and correct it in time.
4. Compliance procedure
I deserve what I deserve. Neither more nor less. It has nothing to do with communication with people, money or work. If I can't love a person completely, it's ridiculous to ask him to love me. Therefore, my claims are meaningless. At the same time, when I decide to change, the people around me change (for the better).
5. Dependency rule
Nobody owes me anything. I can help as much as I can for free. This is also a joy for me. You have to be strong to be kind. To be strong, you have to believe that I can do everything. I believe! But you also need to be able to say NO.
6. How to be ready
I live here and now. There is no such thing as the past, because after every second there is a present. There is no future, because it has not happened yet. Staying connected to the past leads to depression, and worrying about the future is a wake-up call. As long as I live in reality, I am real. Therefore, it is worth rejoicing.
7. The rule of optimism
As long as we curse life, it passes us by. The eyes see, the feet walk, the ears hear, the heart beats. The heart rejoices.
