- 100g pumpkin
- 1 small potato
- 1 barley onion
- 1 tablespoon red lentils
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. Wash the lentils with plenty of water and wait for 10 minutes in the strainer.
