The Baku City Executive Power is carrying out maintenance, extensive cleaning and landscaping work, pruning tree branches, renewing the lawn, planting new flowers, painting light poles, washing the sidewalks and the whole area.Special compositions of different colored carnations are being prepared in the alley on the anniversary of the tragedy. Experienced specialists, landscape designers are involved in this work.Preparatory work is planned to be completed by January 19
