From the first days of the Patriotic War, the officials of the fraternal Republic of Turkey, as well as every Turkish citizen, declared to the whole world that they were with the Azerbaijani people and army. The statement came from the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry. The moral and political support of the brotherly country made our people proud, as well as the fighting spirit of the Azerbaijani Army personnel and their confidence in victory. Encouraged by this support, our warriors were thrown into this holy war, which ended in victory.
Our brave sons on the front lines also heard how happy and proud our Turkish brothers were to liberate our cities and villages from enemy occupation one after another, and they felt stronger, more backward, more powerful. The fact that the presidents of the two countries stood side by side in the Victory Parade on Freedom Square in Baku and the heroic soldier marched with the victorious Azerbaijani soldier to greater success was a clear example of the eternal and unshakable brotherhood of Azerbaijan and Turkey. On that day, the author of the immortal Mustafa Kemal Ataturk's words "Azerbaijan's joy is our joy, our sorrow is our sorrow", "We are one nation, two states", National Leader Heydar Aliyev, including Anvar Pasha, Nuru Pasha, Kazim Garabakir Pasha, Mursal Pasha, Khalil Pasha's wishes were also Chinese. Today, the Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood is further developed and strengthened by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan. We are strong together. We will be stronger tomorrow and stronger the next day. The main thing is that in both countries of the same nation, young generations are growing up who are true patriots, patriots, nationalists, and above all, loyal to the traditions of brotherhood of our ancestors. The presentation of gifts and letters sent to the Azerbaijani soldier by the teachers and students of the Janik Kocatepe primary school of the Samsun Year of the Black Sea region of the Republic of Turkey caused great joy to the victorious soldiers. As you walk this path of heroism and determination, we present to you the military equipment, letters and videos written by my parents and students, prepared by my parents and me to support the soldiers of the Azerbaijani Army, whose hearts are full of love for the Fatherland. We are always with you. We are two states, one nation with one soul and one nation with one blood.
Our pride is high, we are two souls in one body, Turkey-Azerbaijan! Long live the Azerbaijani-Turkish brotherhood! ” Letters were read at the event, gifts were presented to the soldiers, and videos taken by children were watched with great interest by servicemen. Letters written by students Asya Bahar Konaçoğlu, Aymen Efe Keskin, Meryem Garadeniz, Buse Aşçı, Berat Duran, Zeynab Kaya, Alperen Çürtük, Mikail Duyku, Berk Artul and others gave emotional moments to the fighters. The depiction of the national flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey in each letter aroused great pride in the soldiers. Ulvi Khasayzadeh, a soldier from Demirchiler village of Gubadli region, who was originally liberated from occupation, recited a new poem dedicated to the Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood. The soldiers praised the noble and benevolent initiative of the Samsun schoolchildren, sent them letters of thanks and sent them souvenirs.
