3. In order to implement the main areas of activity, the Co-Chairs of the Working Group shall approve the composition of expert subgroups from among the officials of the competent authorities and organizations of the Parties in these areas. 4. Working Group, until March 1, 2021, the organization, implementation and safety of international transport in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, as well as transport carried out by the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia; will submit to the Parties for approval a list and schedule of the highest level of implementation of measures related to the restoration and construction of new transport infrastructure facilities necessary for transportation.
