In the Boyuk Bahmanli village of Fuzuli region, with the initiative and joint support of the Executive Power of the region and the villagers, the "Bulag" memorial complex was opened to immortalize the memory of 38 martyrs from the Boyuk Bahmanli village who took part in the First Karabakh War and the Patriotic War.
The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the Executive Power of the region Ali Aliyev, a group of intellectuals and elders of Boyuk Bahmanli village and the families of martyrs in accordance with the requirements of the pandemic.A wreath was laid at the Bulag memorial complex and the memory of the martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence.
