The meeting was attended by Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov and Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin.
