According to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, entrepreneurs operating in the field of public catering should strictly follow the approved rules, organize preventive measures to prevent coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in public catering, effective management of infections and interactive information exchange appoint a person responsible for the control of public catering facilities and submit relevant information about that person to the Agency.
This was stated in a statement issued by the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency. It was noted that during the epidemic, compliance with the rules established in the catering sector, as well as the identification of the responsible person and the submission of relevant information to the AQTA will be closely monitored during monitoring.
If such enterprises are detected during the monitoring, their activities will be restricted and administrative sanctions will be taken. Therefore, entrepreneurs must ensure that information about the responsible person who will operate in the catering facility is sent to the Agency as soon as possible through their personal accounts or by e-mail [email protected].
