The e-social.az portal of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population provides an opportunity for anyone with an active employment contract notice to obtain a certificate of employment without applying to the employer. According to the ministry, the procedure is very simple: first of all, go to the e-social.az portal and register.
Then select the "Reference to the workplace" section in the e-services window and enter the necessary information into the system. This way, you can get that certificate in an easier, faster and more convenient way at any time. Last year, 385,880 applications were registered on the e-social.az portal to obtain a job certificate. The e-social.az portal, which includes e-services on the activities of the Ministry, also has 30 e-reference services.
