Health Ministry spokeswoman Alina Nikogosyan confirmed that 3,330 Armenian fighters had been killed on January 2.
If we pay attention to the statement of A. Nikogosyan, it turns out that this number is at least 4335, including those who have not yet passed the examination and have not been identified. Taking into account the figures in the statements of the separatist regime, this figure rises to 5490. According to the Armenian Wildlife Fund, this number has risen to 6,000. However, the Armenian side also had unnamed fighters. Thus, the Armenian government even sent many Armenians from abroad to the front, arming them without any census. The names of the unlisted fighters cannot be seen in the list of casualties. In this case, it is safe to say that the losses of the Armenian side during the war exceeded seven thousand.
