The Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkey Hulusi Akar said that a group of Turkish servicemen who will serve in the Monitoring Center have already left for Azerbaijan and are waiting for an order ready to perform their duties.
According to Gadin.Net, Haber Global reports that Akar made this statement at a meeting with high-ranking Turkish servicemen on the results of the year. Akar noted that a Turkish general and 35 officers will take up their duties immediately after the construction of the ceasefire monitoring center is completed. "We have provided and will continue to provide our support to our Azerbaijani brothers in the framework of humanitarian assistance activities. We stand by our Azerbaijani brothers in their just and honorable struggle, "Akar said.
