The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, "Radio-Television Broadcasting and Satellite Communications" Production Association will resume television and radio broadcasting in the liberated territories. Specialists of the organization are working in Hadrut settlement of Khojavend region and Shusha city in order to fully restore radio and television broadcasting services in the liberated territories as soon as possible.
It should be noted that the technical building and equipment of the existing Radio and Television Broadcasting Station located in Shusha city and Hadrut settlement of Khojavend region were completely destroyed by Armenians, some of them were dismantled and rendered unusable. In accordance with the action plan prepared by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, preparations are being made to restore radio and television broadcasting in the liberated areas as soon as possible.
Thus, initially, the existing internal opportunities and resources will be used to restore the Hadrut Radio and Television Broadcasting Station in Shusha and Khojavend regions. Technical preparations have been completed, and broadcasting will begin after Shusha and Hadrut RTYS are fully supplied with electricity. As a result, all TV channels and one foreign channel of the country, which will be broadcast from Hadrut and Shusha Radio and Television Broadcasting Station, as well as radio programs will cover Khojavend, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, Zangilan, Shusha, Khankendi, Gubadli, Khojaly, Askeran and Aghdam, as well as surrounding settlements.
