A three-week nationwide quarantine begins in Poland

Poland goes into national quarantine after the end of the Christmas holiday. For three weeks from Monday, the republic will live in an almost complete lockdown. It should be noted that the epidemic regime announced by the government in Poland in March is still in force. In early November, the government decided to impose partial quarantine in the country - cultural institutions, sports complexes were closed, citizens were advised to stay at home and work remotely.
The country has a mask regime, students study remotely, and only delivery services work in restaurants, cafes and bars. No more than five people are allowed to gather. From December 28 to January 17, hotels, ski resorts and other outlets will be closed, except for food, household shops and pharmacies, in addition to the existing restrictions under the national quarantine.
On the eve of the New Year, the Polish authorities have decided to restrict the right of movement of people from 19:00 on December 31 to 06:00 on January 1. You are only allowed to leave the house if there is an urgent or official need. Vaccination against coronavirus began in Poland on Sunday. The first batch of Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine will consist of about 10,000 doses and will be given first to health care workers, health and epidemiology staff, and then to other risk groups, including the elderly. From January 15, everyone can register for the vaccination queue.
