According to the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev "On conscription of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan for a period of 1 to 30 January 2021, signed on December 22, 2021", 18 years old, born in 2003 and before the day of conscription (including that day) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have completed, as well as those born in 1986-2002, under 35 years of age, have not served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, are not entitled to deferment of conscription or have not been released from conscription 2021- They will be called up for active military service from January 1 to 30.

From January 2021, you will fulfill your duty to the Motherland as an honorable Azerbaijani soldier by starting active military service in our victorious Armed Forces.
In addition, we would like to inform you about the places of service where you have been assigned to serve in the army. If you are called by the local departments, divisions and units of the Service where you are registered, you must come to the relevant place. Conscripts are asked to follow the decisions and recommendations issued by the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the requirements of the special quarantine regime, the rules of self-isolation and sanitation.
