DECISION on discounts for students involved in mobilization

The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the decisions "On approval of the state standard and program of secondary special education" and "On approval of the Rules for the content and organization of undergraduate (basic higher) medical education." In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decision.
According to the decision, in the 2019/2020 academic year, he studied in graduation courses, fulfilled all the conditions of the curriculum, including the current and intermediate attestations (attestations on subjects) and for some reason did not pass the final state attestation.
In accordance with the results obtained during the study of a conscripted military student (General Average Success Index determined in accordance with the "Rules for the organization of education in secondary special education institutions with the credit system" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on December 26, 2013 No. 354) will be considered to have passed the state certification.
The following item was added to the "Rules for the content and organization of undergraduate (basic higher) medical education) approved by the Cabinet of Ministers: In the 2019/2020 academic year, a military officer who studied in graduation courses, fulfilled all the conditions of the curriculum, including the current and intermediate attestations (attestations on subjects) and for some reason did not pass the final state attestation, was called up for partial mobilization The results obtained during the student's education (approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 348 of December 24, 2013, “Organization of higher education institutions at the bachelor's and master's levels, basic (basic higher) medical education and master's degree at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Will be considered to have passed the final state certification in accordance with the General Average Success Index determined in accordance with the "Rules".
