The Tea House in Aghdam was built on the idea of academician Khudu Mammadov. The chief architect of the Tea House project was Naig Samadov. The masonry work in the project was only on the first floor. The remaining parts consisted of an iron structure. The tea house was located near the Juma Mosque in Aghdam.
The Tea House was opened on July 26, 1986. In 1993, the tea house was set on fire by Armenian armed forces.According to Gadin.Net, an employee of Oxu.Az filmed the area where the tea house was once located.
